To purchase an album or track, click the Buy now or Add to cart button. The item will then be added to your shopping cart. You can either visit the checkout or continue shopping.

Once you have finished shopping, click Checkout to be taken to your shopping cart summary. Here you can review your basket and remove any items that you no longer wish to purchase. Once you have completed the payment process your purchased tracks will appear in My Account. Here you can choose to download your music titles.
If you do not wish to download items at this point you can return to your account and download at a later date.

Download Note: To save your file directly to your hard drive Right Click Download Link and select Save As

Warning: Do not attempt to play your downloads before saving them to your hard drive. Clicking a download link with the left mouse button before saving will count as one download.
Once it has been fully downloaded the link will disappear.

Some users have reported a problem when using Microsoft Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player. The problem exists with Windows XP Service Pack 1 and Media Player version 9 and below. Q. How do I search for a particular track?
A. Simply enter the track or album title in the Quick Find section located in the left hand navigation bar.

Q. How much does a download cost?
A. Downloads are priced at £1.49 for single tracks and £6.49 for albums.

Q. What bit rate will my download be?
A. All of the music purchased from the Digital section of our store has been encoded at 320kbps ensuring the highest quality.

Q. How long does each download take?
This depends on your computer and internet connection. If you are a Broadband customer a typical track should take no more than a couple of minutes to download. If you are using a dial up connection, a single track could take anything up to ten minutes.

Q. Can I share my Digital downloads with friends?
A. Definitely not, file sharing is illegal and will kill the music we love. Ask your friends to buy their own, it isnt expensive. By paying the small download price you are supporting K90 music and enabling him to keep providing you with the music you love!!

Q. Can I burn an album or track purchased from K90 Online to CD?
A. Yes, buying a track or album from us is just like buying a record from the record store. The same legal implications are in effect. Files can be burned to disc for listening on CD players as well as listened to on your computer or portable digital audio devices.

Q. If I purchase the wrong track, can I get a refund?
A. Unfortunately not. We do not offer refunds on downloads so please check the track listing and preview carefully before completing the payment process.
